I work with high-achieving women who often feel anxious, overwhelmed, and stuck—even when everything looks “successful” on the outside.
Many of my clients carry attachment wounds from childhood, grew up managing big emotions alone, or learned early to over-function and overachieve as a way to feel safe and worthy. They’re often navigating perfectionism, burnout, relationship struggles, and a quiet but persistent feeling that there should be more—more ease, more connection, more meaning.
I specialize in helping women untangle these lifelong patterns so they can build more satisfying relationships—with themselves and others—while creating lives that feel fuller, freer, and less driven by anxiety.
My Approach:
I integrate CBT, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, EMDR (in training), and parts work to meet each client where they are. I also draw from my work as yoga and breathwork teacher (Certified in 2007), using body-based practices and metaphors from Katonah yoga to help clients regulate their nervous systems and access deeper healing.
Therapy with me is not one-size-fits-all, and I blend evidence-based strategies with mindfulness, somatic work, and insight-oriented exploration to support both immediate relief and long-term transformation.
Above all, I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can put down the armor, get curious about what’s underneath, and build the kind of life and relationships you’ve always wanted.
